Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Special Note for Services Started Before the Withdrawal Period Ends
If you have requested that our coaching services begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicate your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract — provided you gave your express consent for immediate performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. Without that explicit prior consent, the standard 14-day withdrawal right described above applies in full, and full reimbursement is due if you withdraw within that period.
This means our general "No Refund Policy" stated in our Terms & Conditions applies to services that are voluntarily discontinued after this statutory withdrawal period has ended, or after full performance with your express prior consent — not to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right itself.
