2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only where it's necessary to provide our coaching services or when you voluntarily provide it, including:
- Contact details you submit via our booking or application forms (name, email, phone number).
- Coaching-related information you share during your intro call and onboarding, such as training goals, health background, and lifestyle details.
- Training and progress data recorded in the ARYSE coaching app (provided by Everfit) once you become a client.
- Technical data such as browser type and general usage, if analytics tools are enabled on this site (see Section 5).
3. Why We Process Your Data
We process your data to: respond to inquiries and free-call bookings; evaluate and onboard clients into The Transformation; deliver and manage coaching services; and meet legal and accounting obligations. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating our business).
4. Third-Party Services We Use
Depending on how you interact with us, your data may be processed by the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Calendly — for scheduling free intro calls.
- Everfit — the app platform powering your coaching, training and nutrition tracking.
- Our website hosting provider, for the technical delivery of this site.
We only share the data necessary for these providers to perform their function and do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Cookies & Analytics
This website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If that changes in the future (e.g. to measure site performance), this policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, your consent will be requested first.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable statutory retention obligations (e.g. German tax and commercial law, typically up to 10 years for invoicing-related records).
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; request restriction of processing; receive your data in a portable format; and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aryse.coaching@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version always applies.
